As Digital Ascetic you spend consciously on occasion some time without any information and communication technologies. The enriching experience of abstinence changes perspectives and enhances the use of the information era achievements. (Digital Asceticism doesn’t mean to condemn communication technologies. Not at all. See Digital Asceticism Belief Number One).

2. You.

There are no controls. There is no fraternity. It’s about you. Fast in order to see if Digital Asceticism is a way for you to deal with the flood of information and to enrich your conduct of life. If not… let it be.
